Creamy Cucumber Salad A classic cucumber salad that has been updated. The addition of Herbes de Provence adds a unique flavor that will have everyone asking for seconds. For the best flavor make the salad a day ahead and let the flavors meld overnight. 1 English cucumber, sliced 1/2 medium red onion, sliced 1 cup good quality mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped 1/2 tablespoon cane sugar 1 teaspoon Sel Gris Organic French sea s.a.l.t. Put the cucumbers and onion in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, herbs, sugar and salt. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onions and mix until well coated. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
