Since some of the products on the site are personal use or food items, we cannot accept used personal or gourmet products for refund or exchange. However, If the item has not been opened and is still in its original packaging, we will accept a return for exchange or refund, less the shipping fees. Refunds are issued in the same manner as payment was received.
Any liquid item cannot be returned as we have no way of knowing if the item was previously opened. Thank you for your understanding!
